In the mid-nineteenth century, this register was surrendered to the
Non-Parochial Registers Commission and is now in the custody of the National
Archives. The index includes many
details from the originals including parents of deceased children, ministers
and causes of death.
Format
Files on CD are in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (.PDF)
and support searching and printing as well as many options for navigation. Acrobat Reader software for Windows 3.1/95
& later is supplied on each CD. The
files are also compatible with Apple MAC and UNIX if you already have the Reader
software or download it from Adobe.com
