The next CD planned in the
series aims to list at least 7,000 men who served on HMS Hood between 1920 and
1941 or with the Special Service Squadron on the Empire Cruise. With associated names, the total should be
even larger.
A lot of work has already been done towards this publication and is based around the following sources:

Format
Files on CD will be in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format
(.PDF) and support searching and printing as well as many options for
navigation. Acrobat Reader software for
Windows 3.1/95 & later will be supplied on each CD. The files are also compatible with Apple MAC
and UNIX if you already have the Reader software or download it from Adobe.com
(where program updates are also available).
